Visit of the head of the Communications Service to consider requests from the population to the cities and regions of Bokhtar, Sarband, Muminоbad, Shamsiddin Shоhin and Baljuvоn
In order to consider appeals and requests from the population for the installation of mobile communications, the head of the Service, Beg Sabur, made a working trip to the cities and regions of Bokhtar, Sarband, Muminоbоd, Shamsiddin Shоhin and Baljuvоn and got to know directly the level of mobile communications coverage and existing problems. This trip is part of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On measures to expand non-cash payments” dated June 22 of this year and the order of the Founder of National Peace and Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon dated December 23, 2023, as a result of which the level and quality of mobile communication services in cities and regions, residential areas, as well as on intercity and interregional roads were studied and determined. .
As a result of checking the quality of mobile communications by specialists from the Communications Service “Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility and Radio Monitoring”, factors of poor mobile communications in a number of areas were identified.
Taking into account the existing problem, the head of the Service gave specific instructions to representatives of the country’s mobile operators in the regions to improve the level and quality of communications. It was also clarified that population growth and the creation of new settlements in the regions have increased the need for mobile communication waves.
To this end, Beg Sabur instructed heads of the communications sector to give priority attention to providing new settlements and residential areas with mobile communications. During the working trip of the head of the Communications Service, Beg Sabur, new mobile communication base stations were installed by mobile operators in a number of the above-mentioned areas and transferred to serve the local population.
The operation of these base stations has a positive effect on the level and quality of mobile communications and provides residents with convenient and unhindered access to mobile communications services.
During the working visit, the head of the Communications Service, Beg Sabur, held a number of meetings with representatives of the cities and districts of Bokhtar, Sarband, Muminоbоd, Shamsiddin Shоhin and Baljuvоn with the participation of communications representatives.
Along with consideration of requests and requests from residents, explanatory work was carried out on the correct configuration of mobile devices to connect to the global Internet.
