Meeting of the head of the communications service with the delegation of Kazakhstan and signing of a memorandum of cooperation with the Joint Stock Company “National Information Technologies”

On December 22, 2023, the Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Beg Sabur, received a delegation of guests from the Republic of Kazakhstan, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Joint Stock Company, Dimitri Mun Andreevich “National Information Technologies”.

At the beginning, Beg Sabur welcomed the visit of this delegation to the Republic of Tajikistan and expressed hope that the start of cooperation with the National Information Technologies Joint Stock Company of Kazakhstan will open a new level of cooperation in the field of “implementation of e-government” between the two countries. During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the area of exchange of experience, joint activities and other issues of mutual interest for the development of Electronic Government.

As a result of the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the joint stock company National Information Technologies. This document was approved by Beg Sabur, head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Dmitry Mun Andreevich, deputy chairman of the board of the joint-stock company National Information Technologies.

The Memorandum of Cooperation defines the direction and scope of cooperation, which makes it possible to strengthen the information and communication infrastructure of the “Electronic Government” in the Republic of Tajikistan.

We remind you that National Information Technologies JSC is the operator of the information and communication infrastructure of the “electronic government” of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The company was founded in 2000 and is considered the largest company in the information technology market in Kazakhstan.

This company has extensive experience in implementing e-government. Therefore, cooperation with JSC “National Information Technologies” can give a new impetus to the efforts of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to effectively implement “electronic government”.
