Installation of fiber optic telecommunication cable on highways under construction

On behalf of the Founder of National Peace and Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, the Communications Service is laying fiber optic cables on roads under construction.

In this regard, an agreement was reached between the Communication Service of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan on the laying of fiber-optic telecommunication cables on roads under construction.

The agreement makes it possible to provide roads and remote areas with telecommunications, including mobile communications. At the same time, the importance of installing fiber-optic telecommunication cables on such roads is manifested in increasing the level of reliability of intercity and international trunk telecommunication lines.
