Familiarization of the head of the communications service with the state of mobile communication services in the Khatlon region and a meeting with representatives of mobile companies in the region
On December 10 of this year, Beg Sabur, head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, during a working trip to the Khatlon region, got acquainted with the quality of mobile communications in the region and met with representatives of mobile companies in Khatlon.
Also during this trip, the issues of modernizing mobile communication bases in the Khatlon region by Megafon were discussed at a meeting between the head of the communications service, Beg Sabur, and the regional director of the MegaFon Tajikistan branch in the Khatlon region, Majid Saytasanov.
The goal of this initiative is to improve the quality of mobile and Internet communications and at the same time reduce the cost of services and thereby contribute to the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On measures to expand non-cash payments” from June 22 of this year.
We remind you that Megafon Tajikistan has begun modernizing the company in the Khatlon region in order to update all mobile phone databases in this region. At a meeting between the head of the communications service, Beg Sabur, and the regional director of the MegaFon Tajikistan branch in the Khatlon region, Majid Saytasanov, it was said that practical work in this direction is proceeding at a rapid pace; to date, several databases have been updated.
The main purpose of this visit is to get acquainted with the progress of practical work to improve the quality of communications and Internet services, the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On measures to expand non-cash payments” dated June 22 of this year. – consultations and setting tasks to overcome local problems.
Head of Communications Service Beg Sabur, having familiarized himself with the situation with access to mobile communications and the problems of the industry in this region, instructed the management of mobile companies to take strict measures to eliminate shortcomings. At the same time, officials were asked to seriously consider and resolve residents’ complaints.
