Conducting a research seminar on the technical capabilities of mobile operators in the direction of expanding non-cash payments

For the purpose of effective cooperation and joint implementation of the Decree, President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On measures to expand non-cash payments” dated June 22, 2023 No. 586, at the initiative of the Communication Service, a research seminar was held with the participation of representatives of relevant ministries, departments and institutions on the topic “Presentation of technical capabilities mobile operators for their use in the process of implementing the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Measures”. on the expansion of non-cash payments” dated June 22, 2023 No. 586.”

This seminar was held in the conference hall of MegaFon Tajikistan, where specialists from ministries, departments, institutions and companies were present.

First, on behalf of the leadership of the Communications Service, the participants of the research seminar were congratulated by the Deputy Head of the Communications Service, Ilkhomjon Atoev.

Ilkhomjon Atoev also added that the purpose of this seminar is to exchange ideas and additional experience in the context of expanding operations in the process of transition to non-cash payments.
In another part of the seminar, Bakhtiyor Mirzorakhimov, acting head of the marketing service of Takom LLC, Kholiknazar Dzhumaev, manager of Babilon-Mobile JSC, Masrur Dzhamilov I.V. Head of Sales Department of Indigo Tajikistan JSC Ulugbek Urunov, Head of the Financial Services Department of TT Mobile JSC, Imomiddin Davlatmurodzoda, Marketer of Tojiktelecom JSC on the technical capabilities of mobile operators for their use in the process of implementing the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On expansion measures non-cash payments” dated June 22, 2023 No. 586. At the end, the participants exchanged opinions on the topic of the seminar.
