A press conference was held by Communication services
Today at 10:00 in the Communication Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in order to implement the Order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated September 15, 2011 “On holding press conferences with representatives of the media”, the press service held a conference on the results of the activities of the Service in the first half of 2023.
It was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Ilhomjon Atoev, heads of departments and departments of the central service, service enterprises, management of mobile communication companies and Internet providers, as well as more than 40 representatives of the media, journalists.
The meeting was opened by the First Deputy Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Ilhomjon Atoev, who at the beginning briefly informed the journalists about the results of the Service’s activities for the reporting period. On postal communication”, the Regulation “On communication services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan”, which was approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated May 11, 2011 No. 252, is in force.
In the first half of 2023, the Service adopted the relevant paragraphs of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan in order to implement the state policy in the field and the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. Republic of Tajikistan amounted to 1 billion 590 million 750 thousand 975 somoni, an increase of 123.06% compared to the first half of 2022 (1 billion 292 million 648 thousand 807 somoni).
According to preliminary data, the income of licensees in the field of telecommunications for the first half of 2023 is 1 billion 155 million 884 thousand 419 somoni, and the specified fee is 28 million 897 thousand 110 somoni.
Until this period, in the Republic of Tajikistan, the total number of registered SIM-cards (legal entities and individuals) of mobile users is 8 million 302 thousand 529 numbers, including 5 million 643 thousand 454 numbers of active customers.
