A new service center for O Mobile customers has opened in Dushanbe

Today, O Mobile’s newest service center opened for business in Dushanbe. The facility, which is situated at 13 Bukhoro Street, gives Dushanbe locals better access to mobile services.

“On the first day of the opening of this Center, we witnessed a large number of customers seeking services. This, in itself, is evidence that increasing the number of service points across the country is of great importance, making it easier and more convenient for citizens to access services. On the other hand, the number of the company’s customers is growing day by day. Therefore, the company’s management is striving to improve the level and quality of customer service. The opening of this center is one example of such efforts,” says O Mobile company representative Bejan Rahmoni.

In the newly established center of the O Mobile company, services such as customer connection, SIM card re-registration, tariff plan changes, activation of additional services, customer consultation, SIM card sales, and similar services are provided. According to the responsible officials, the first ten customers were given beautiful numbers with a tariff plan for free. Additionally, a 100% discount on silver numbers is available at this center. The customer only pays for the tariff plan. This discount starts today and will last for 10 days.
