Introducing the head of the service to the quality of mobile communications in Sharora and meeting with residents

Last week, Beg Sabur, head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, made a working visit to the rural community of Sharora, Hisar district, to familiarize himself with the state of access to mobile communications and the Internet.

The visit took place on the basis of complaints from residents; the head of the Communications Service was accompanied by the heads of the mobile companies MegaFon, Tcell, Babilon and Z-Mobile. Communication quality monitoring was carried out by specialists from the Communications Service and mobile communications companies.

Beg Sabur, having familiarized himself with the results of the monitoring, called the quality of communication in the territories of this rural community unsatisfactory and insufficient and expressed concern about the activities of mobile communication companies. During the consideration of complaints from residents about the level and quality of mobile communication waves, officials were instructed to quickly install additional base stations.
